With over 15 years of experience in the not-for-profit sector, she excels in fostering relationships with businesses, community organizations, and funders. Liz has consistently demonstrated success in delivering impactful programming, organizing successful events, and achieving outcomes.
Bridgette Sterling (she/her)
Disability Awareness Trainer
Tiana is a seasoned educator with a background in technology, employment strategy and partnerships. She has a Master of Design from OCADU in Strategic Foresight and Innovation, focused on youth safety. Before ODEN, she led cross-functional teams to place thousands of students in roles and managed executive leadership events. In her spare time, she’s an Accessible Design Instructor and Innovation Consultant.

Passionate about inclusivity, Pawrnaa Perinpanayagam is responsible for the marketing of Jobs Ability Canada. With extensive experience in healthcare, non-profits, and small businesses, she excels in creating effective campaigns and aims to integrate both traditional and digital marketing approaches.

As the Director of Corporate Engagement and Training with the Ontario Disability Employment Network, Amy currently leads the Ontario Corporate Training Centre project and serves as the lead for Jobs Ability Canada. Her extensive experience and passion for fostering inclusive work environments make her a pivotal force in driving positive change and creating pathways for diverse talent in the workforce.

Sue Dafoe is the Director of Business & Financial Services for the Ontario Disability Employment Network. Sue brings her wealth of knowledge and technical skills to the team.
Sue has worked in the not-for-profit world for over 20 years in various capacities. She has held positions with large and small not-for-profits growing her skills as a communications and event professional. Sue can also be found lending her expertise to organizations through SD Consulting, providing board training, event management, marketing and consulting services.
