How do I create an employer account on Jobs Ability Canada?

Jobs Ability Canada team will create your account after you subscribe to the platform.  To subscribe, please email info@jobsability.com to book a meeting with our team.

Is there a cost to post jobs or use the platform as an employer?

Yes, there is a cost for employers to join and use the platform. Jobs Ability Canada have monthly, quarterly and yearly subscriptions available.

How can I post a job on the platform?

A business must subscribe to the Jobs Ability Canada platform. To subscribe, please email info@jobsability.com to book a meeting.
Once a business is set-up with their Jobs Ability profile, they do not need to upload or take down expired job postings because the AI harvests/extracts current job postings from the business’s career page.

What are the benefits of using AI to find candidates?

The AI considers the job description, required skills, and other criteria, and matches them to the job profiles on the platform to suggest candidates whose skills and experience align closely with the role.

How do I search for and review potential candidates?

Once you subscribe to the platform, you will receive an employer account. When you log into your employer account, you can search for candidates using keywords. For more information visit: https://jobsability.ca/why-hire/.

Can I save or bookmark candidates I am interested in for future roles?

Yes, you can save a candidate’s profile that you would like to invite to apply for future roles.

How do I contact a candidate directly?

Through your employer account, you can invite a candidate to apply for one of your positions.
